Standout Studio Rental 

 

 

Studio rental gives you exclusive access to the studio and props. We have a waiting area and a large restroom for your clients to change. Newborn shooting area has props, outfits, headbands and anything you need for an in studio newborn shoot. Then we have a separate area for any other shoot with permanent set ups, backdrops, strollers, chairs, and other props to get you as creative as you'd like. 

***I will be renting the studio to a maximum of 2-4 photographers. Currently, I have one photographer who shoots primarily on Sundays and Mondays, and I'm looking for someone reliable and respectful whom I can trust with all of my equipment and studio space. 

FAQ:

Are all the props in the studio included or do you have to pay extra?

Everything is included but if anything is damaged you will be responsible to pay for a replacement. Treat my stuff as if it was your own. This includes lighting equipment, posing boxes, chairs, stroller, flowers, gowns, and more.

How do you use the lighting equipment?

We have 86" PLM Umbrellas with AlienBees and Einstein Flash Units available. We use CyberSync Trigger Transmitters and you are welcome to borrow one for your camera. I personally use a Nikon D800 camera with a 50mm lens.  I will share my camera settings, flash unit settings, and you can borrow my transmitter to use during your shoot.  If you have any questions just let me know. Please note that I am not responsible if your camera for some reason does not work with my equipment. If you are unsure you can stop by any day that I will be at the studio to test it out OR you are welcome to bring your own. 

 

How early may I arrive at the studio for my rental?

You can arrive early to set up and stay a little later to clean up. 

 

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Cancellations result in losing 50% of the rental fee. If you would like to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24hrs in advance and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.
